In principle, it is possible to have a Recording Compression Tester calibrated or repaired by us. However, our technical department must check in each individual case whether calibration or repair is possible. To do this, send us your compression pressure recorder (with all accessories and the enclosed completed calibration form) to our address:

Only with a fully completed document can we guarantee processing without delay.

What is the process for calibrating/repairing my Recording Compression Tester?
- Please complete the calibration form and provide a description of the fault if necessary.
- Enclose the completed form with the Recording Compression Tester and the accessories in the package and send it to our address. Please ensure that all accessories are also sent so that they can also be checked.
- Our technicians will carry out a thorough check of the Recording Compression Tester.
- You will receive an e-mail with the diagnosis and the corresponding costs in advance.
- After your approval, we will carry out the calibration/repair.
- Once the calibration/repair is complete, we will send the Recording Compression Tester back to you.

How long does it take to calibrate my Recording Compression Tester?
Depending on the current workload in our technical department at MOTOMETER, it may take between 2 and 4 weeks to process your request. However, we try to process every calibration as quickly as possible.
What does it cost to calibrate my compression pressure recorder?
Calibration alone and the issuing of the test certificate costs EUR 75.00 net per compression chart recorder. The actual costs incurred can be found in the cost estimate.
I have recording charts with the number 5XXX. I can't find these in the store.
The product numbers 5XXX have been renamed. The new numbers are as follows:
5 1341 248 00 = 622 001 0017
5 1341 250 00 = 622 001 0040
5 1341 251 00 = 622 001 0060
5 1341 249 00 = 622 001 0012
Please note: The yellow sheet is a cover sheet that cannot be written on in the Recording Compression Tester!
Is the plastic slider plate also available separately?
