Intuitive operation – easier than ever: The MOTOMETER MCA 430 combines any data from CAN-Bus and all analogue and digital in- and outputs in one display.
The menu control within the MCA 430 works over four illuminated, freely programmable keys. All signals coming from the CAN-Bus and the analogue inputs can be indicated on the integrated TFT display.
Highest flexibility: thanks to application tool CoDeSys
The multifunctional display MCA 430 from MOTOMETER is individually programmable. Because of the user-friendly application tool CoDeSys the users need no programming knowledge. It is possible to show information at the same time, e.g. the real-time clock, alarm messages or settings of machine functions.
Using the tool, all available information can be displayed individually. Depending on the customer’s wishes, the data can be indicated as classic gauges, bar graph, text or digital value.
Error identification increases efficiency
The MCA 430 is equipped with CAN interface (2.OB), 9 analogue inputs, 1 frequency input, 8 digital inputs, 7 PWM outputs and 2 digital outputs for integration in the advanced on-board electrical system. To avoid long failure of machines, Can bus errors can be displayed, so the operator exactly knows where the error is, to give the workshop in front a detailed failure description. The integrated eight LED indicator lights and the TFT Display in different colors make it possible to visualize different situations.
Approved display technology, which enthuses
Whether in the brightest sunshine or darkest night, the high-resolution 4,3” display with 24 bit color depth and the resolution of 480 x 270 px realizes high contrast images and also a perfect view on the display. The robust instruments are resistant to oils, hydraulic oils, grease, fuels and all standard biological fuels, meaning MCA 430’s permanent resistance to deformation, position effects and aging are bound to impress. This resistance and the operating voltage between 12 and 24V make MCA 430 suitable for construction machines, commercial vehicles and all types of vehicles from the public service, agricultural sectors to stationary motors or working equipment. Furthermore, MCA 430 impresses by its compact and simple-to-install casing 102 x 118 x 9mm 80mm and is suitable for use under extreme conditions because of the protection class of IP67.
